Does your dancer want to learn to flip and fly? This Acro class will help your dancer gain balance, strength, and flexibility, while learning to safely explore new skills and tricks. In Acro, we will explore fun and exciting skills such as bridges, rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and balances, and learn how to execute these moves confidently! This exciting style combines dance techniques and acrobatic skills. Students will build great strength, control, and flexibility while having fun. This high energy class will help dancers improve their flexibility, strength, confidence, and coordination, and freestyle skills. Dancers will learn how to cleanly execute challenging choreography at a fast pace. This class consists of 30 minutes of Jazz and 30 minutes of Hip Hop. Our Intermediate class offers a full 45 mins of Hip Hop.
